Under-Eye Light Therapy Device, Beauty Device with Eye Massage for Relieve Eye Bags, Eye Fatigue, Dark Circles, with Gel and Glasses Strap (White)

Unlike other reviewers, I really liked this product. I am 71 years old. I used it everyday for a month, only with the lowest power setting. A couple of days ago, I realized I wasn't using concealer under my eyes. I don't look as tired as usual and my eyelids seem not be as saggy. However, today when I put it on, it shocked me so badly that I couldn't stand it. I made sure it was on the lowest setting, turned it on and off a couple of times, and changed the intensity several times before trying it again. I got the same intense, unbearable shock. I hope someone can make a suggestion, because I've used it too long to return.I gave five stars, because it really DID work before it went bonkers.

It worked for 1 month before it just stopped working. I don’t believe it made any difference in that time. Thankfully it broke within the window of time when I could still return it.

I’ve only used this a couple of times… & I thought that the red light feature was it’s main function - but after trying it out, I’m thinking that the electronic muscle stimulation may end up being be more effective than the light therapy! We shall see! 🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s been just over a month, I use it every day while I have my coffee. This week three separate people asked what I’m doing differently.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Major issue of this product is Quality. After using first 2 times, it stop working No red light, No pulsating. Amazon sent me replacement next day. Unfortunately I Had the exact same issue: after first use, it doesn’t get charged, no green light, no red light. Completely DEAD. Material is feeling cheap.

Quality seems OK for what you get, but the problem is the 4 pads that have to contact your skin / face in order to do their job do not get near your skin. Maybe it is my face, but the outside pads do not touch my skin at all, which defeat the purpose of why I bought these in the first place. The only way I could make the 4 pads touch my skin was to press each side of the frame simultaneously, physically bending the product and causing dents and bruising on my skin. I am a larger man with a large head and cannot imagine how the small women in these product images are getting any benefit from this product. Gotta love Photoshop.

It charges well, and I like that they included the gel but it hasn't made any difference in my dark circles and I use it 1x a week for 7 mins at a time.

It is hard to read the instructions.. I need some tutorial instructions on the video, like how to do it, unfortunately, no Closed captions. It doesn't seem right. Be careful when you buy, think it over before you buy it. After one week, I purchased it, but something wasn't right; the buttons weren't working properly. Probably someone returned it and resended me for a USED for a new customer, maybe? I am telling you: IT IS NOT WORKING!!! Terrible. I think it is a "used" product, probably after someone used it, realized it is not good, and returned it, and...then for the other new customer who buys the same one? It doesn't work well and is too cheap; the buttons don't work.
