Trash!!
I should have listened to the other reviews!!! DO NOT BUY!! I BOUGHT THIS PC for work and school thats it. Nothing fancy or nothing. Doesn't have hdmi port it has 2 Dports but both monitors doesn't work at the same time. My windows 10 works better..sending it back and buying brand new from store!!! The accessories work better than the pc. Ups is closed or id drop it now!!

Cheap equipment; barely runs
You get what you pay for. Took the chance, given the mixed reviews, and it’s been nothing but issues for the two weeks we have had this computer. The screen resolution keeps automatically changing, and can’t be unchanged. The system will not stay connected to WiFi, the system runs incredibly slow when it is connected, and it won’t allow gameplay as it is described as being a gaming pc. The PC looks cheaply refurbished. The speakers, mouse, and keyboard were the best pieces of the kit. The rest are trash and will now need to be replaced. Save your time, and money, and find another seller.

Horrible Customer Service
Do not buy !!! The pc is outdated. I purchased for my son Christmas 2025 and I returned it to Amazon. The seller/amazon never refunded my money. Here we are in 2026 and I still have not received a refund. I am so upset and considering never buying from Amazon again.
