It's not plywood, but MDF that may have all the problems described by the seller. The corners were damaged during shipping, no proper corner protection were installed. Only 4 screws were provided, but minimum 8 required for installation The folding mechanism is not as shown in the product page. This one have a lot of free-play. The folding mechanism is installed in an incorrect way so there will be a gap between wall as table. No option to upload photos during review.

It looks reliable, makes it suitable for both home, office and light commercial use. Overall, it's a well-designed; dependable piece of furnitur. So highly recommended for those seeking a long-lasting folding table. I will share detailed review after 3-4 months later.
