Would this be a good product to flavor olive oil? Will it separate from the oil like water? Thanks.

These are water based so they will not emulsify in oil.

How does princess flavor compare to buttery sweet dough flavor? I'm not sure how they are different.

buttery sweet dough is more generally nutty and with a hint of citrus. princess flavoring has a very acidic almond like flavor to it that's otherwise hard to describe. They are actually very different.

The picture you are using today is only 4oz, but is listed as 16oz. Which is it for?

I have purchased both the 4-ounce (for just under $6) and the 16-ounce (about $19). They also sell a gallon-size container. The picture shows the 4-ounce bottle. The description identifies the actual amount. This is an awesome product.

Can you use bakery emulsions to flavor water?

I haven't tried .. But I don't think it would taste that great. What are you making? It's great to flavor frosting. My favorite is the princess emulsion. Hope this helps.Oh you can also add it to your cake batter

Lo he devuelto. Echo de menos poder preguntar a alguien cómo debe ser. No encontré la posibilidad de hacerlo en ningún departamento.

It was the added touch for our slushies!

This raspberry extract was perfect for our slushy recipe! It added so much delicious raspberry flavor without needing to use a lot. It mixed in easily and really helped bring the recipe together. We’re very happy with it and will definitely use it again! I also loved that it was clear.
