I can’t get the rocket-like black stabilizers to stay in. Is there a trick?

Push down hard and they should pop in. We actually duct taped ours on as there was no need to remove them once placed the first time.

How far does it launch the balls?

About 5 or 6 feet up in the air (eye-level for an adult). Over my son’s head, but he hits it on the way down.

Started off great however now will not work have tried all different batteries surfaces etc hoping I can have someone reach out as the product is faulty it has always been kept inside and out of the weather really disappointing

Kids love it!

Works great and my kids love it! Just make sure you buy the correctly sized Franklin balls for it if you want extra. It is a very odd size and was extremely hard for us to the find. Great product though.
