Q: How large are these pads (i.e. diameter)?

Q: when do you use this after washing my face or before???

It depends, I use it as a toner after washing my face. But in the mornings I usually don't wash my face and I still use it before applying moisturizer. Also, I mostly use it after a yoga class, it makes my skin feel clean.

Q: Oily acne prone skin. Wash my face mornings and nights, but is this good to use throughout the day when my face becomes oily again? Ex. take to work?

I used witch hazel as often as 3-4 times a day for my oily skin, but only Thayers. Many of the other brands can dry skin out.

Q: Do you have to rinse your face off, right after using the pads? Or, can leave you leave it on underneath a moisturizer/lotion all day?

I do not rinse my face after using them, I always moisturise after. My skin feels great
