I bought this for my daughter’s phone as we were about to leave to Cancun. She used it for a week, in the pool , in the sea water, it fell onto some rocky stairs about 25 ft. Phone survived it all. No water nor impact damage. Much easier to use than those “waterproof pouches”.

You can’t hear a thing on handset setting! Definitely have to have a wireless hearing device to talk to someone, for them to hear you, i.e, earbuds, etc. Waterproof works, but that’s it.

Scratched up very fast. Also was no a MagSafe case. Nothing MagSafe worked.

Upper left corner of touch screen is not sensitive as the rest of the screen. Update - Also, the speaker microphone is partially blocked resulting in the person you’re talking to can hear your conversation
