Is it supposed to tilt so easily and so far to the side?

Generally there is a break in period for bushings. That is the rubbery parts of your trucks. By now you will have noticed they have stiffened up.

Is this deck black like the description says or tan like the picture shows?

The 8.0 is black with blue hand the 8.25 is good with blue hand... Seems Amazon merged some skis and it caused an error. This is often a problem on the platform
