At first I struggled with Android Auto – it took ages to connect. Then I saw a tip to turn off my car’s built‑in Bluetooth and WiFi, and now it pairs instantly. Once you sort the settings, it’s brilliant. Two thumbs up.

This is one of the smartest investments I've made for my car. It's incredibly convenient. My 2023 Hyundai Kona and my Google Pixel 9 Pro XL are perfectly compatible. I can't live without Mini CarPlay in my daily driving. Most importantly, its connection speed is quite good; it's really fast, allowing for seamless navigation and calls. I haven't encountered any lag so far, and it's been very reliable.

This has surprised me with how good it was given its low price, but the experience hasn't been without its faults.The set up - incredibly simple, a quick Bluetooth connect to the phone, and simply plug it into your USB and it works. Didn't need to replace the old CarPlay wired connection as you can manage multiple connections.The performance - relatively reliable, it has worked for the first little-over-a-week reliably well for the most part. A few times, even though the phone is right next to it, it struggles with audio playback and skips the music a bit. The Google Maps functionality took a while to adjust too - with my old wired connection it was seamless, but for some reason this takes a while to correct its position when you move after a period of being stationary in traffic. 95% of the time though, can't fault itAll-in-all, an excellent piece of kit and despite its minor flaws I don't regret buying it at all. It's a good looking bit of kit with a simple light on-off display, and can be left plugged in when the engine is off. Can take it anywhere with you if you need to also, and plug into anyone else's CarPlay-enabled car

Been using this product for a couple weeks now. Such a great little device. No wires in the way which gives the car a very clean look. Bluetooth connects in a matter of seconds when switching on my car, was very easy to set up from the get go. Very responsive when touching the screen not lagging on the screen whatsoever. Only thing is that if I’m on a call with someone before entering the car , something f the device doesn’t want to connect, but not an issue because I just end the call and car play connects automatically again.Overall, I would recommend this product it’s 10/10 for the price.

Bought this for my 2018 Chevy Cruze with factory wired CarPlay – works perfectly. Connection stays stable with no lag during navigation or music.The tiny USB design doesn't block other ports – super handy.Great budget upgrade to ditch messy cables.

Exactly what I was after, auto connects when turning on car and works exactly as it should. Only thing I’ve noticed is that if you’re in the phone with someone and turn the car off the call somehow stays on so just make sure to end any calls before turning the car off. Phone signal also seems to be slightly worse using this but all in all great product.

I’ve had this plugged into my car for the past few days now and I must say I was worried before buying this product but now it’s proved me wrong. Honestly it’s great for its price so easy to connect to your phone, works well for the car play works as it should. Very small and doesn’t take much room at all, when skipping a song there is about 2 second delay but that’s not a problem. Would highly recommend this product.

The connection is very unstable. I continuously have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to work.
