透明アクリル 結構粗悪アクリル 3tを切断するために買いました。 先端が0.5から1mm出るまで下げて ワンパスでカットできました。

このストレートの刃物と板をVカットする時のV字の刃物と3mmのドリル以外は、ほとんど使っていないですが、一番使用頻度が高いのがこの刃物です。

I love when something inexpensive exceeds expectations. I normally buy pricier amana bits but I needed some bits in a hurry and on budget So figured why not try. Yesterday I ran one in my cnc, cutting through 2 layers of 1/4” hard board in one pass (so 1/2” of material) for about 4.5 hours straight. By the end of it the bit was starting to dull which I was totally fine with considering the use and also the price. Even if this whole package lasts as long as one of the more expensive bits I’m still better off. It gave a nice clean cut and didn’t snap (which I’ve actually snapped a few of the “better” ones). I have a feeling I’ll be using these for a while and will also be looking for a downcut!
