Ich denke es erfüllt seinen Zweck. Mich haut es komplett aus dem Leben bei 2 Scoops sodass ich nicht weiter trainieren konnte 😂. Würde also bei normalen Gewicht nur eine Menge empfehlen. Zudem ist der Geschmack Cola echt nicht so geil. Schmeckt wie abgestandene River Cola, aber kann man wohl trinken…
