Bonide Annual Tree & Shrub Insect Control with Systemaxx, 128 oz Concentrate, Year Long Protection and Insect Killer

IT REALLY WORKS!!! I've had a difficult time with aphids and a black slimy and sticky goo on my Crape Mertles. I put this down as directed in the soil at tree base in early spring. Now in summer no more aphids, no black goo. The trees are doing fantastic, trucks have beautiful color, hundreds of flowers! No smell, seems safe and long lasting. Very effective! I am very happy with the results and this product.

Good stuff. Works great from a sprayer and around the stumps/roots. It has been very effective, but it is a yearly regiment for Crepe Myrtles and Holly Bushes. Worth it!

Last spring the two Crepe Myrtle in the front yard got sever infestation with aphids. It was bad to a point leaves started yellowing, curing, and dropping. Got few flowers on each that did not survive for more than few day, and till end of the season none. Lot of sooty mold that covered leaves most of bark. Tried hosing, spraying with other stuff, nothing helped. Did some search and settled on Bonide after watch some videos on YouTube with good results. Followed label recommendations with an extra treatment. Difference is day and night. Leaves started sprout right after fall with bit of warmer weather. Growth is unusual for both trees. The one to the left is relatively a young tree (year and half), the shorter one to the right is older. Both appear very healthy and speak volume for Bonide's effectiveness. I was patient not to leave feedback till seeing results. So satisfied and absolutely recommend it. Last but not least, aphids affected my Gardenias in backyard. Same symptoms, same treatment, same great results (second photo).

In East Idaho, birch trees are attacked by leaf miners to the extent that they will kill the tree in short order once infested. I've had several neighbors that lost their mature birches to these pests. Those that relied on spraying their mature trees still had the tops killed out because many sprayers are limited on how high they can reach. The drench method solves this problem. I've used the tree drench just before bud break in the spring for many years and the miners are never a problem. The 50-year-old tree still looks great. I also started drenching a summit ash when I noticed a couple of borer holes in the trunk about 10 years ago. No more holes. It's great stuff and convenient to use.

This product doesn't appear to be effective on bores attacking my apple tree and my apricot tree.
