MusclePharm Casein 3lb Vanilla Cream

I got this stuff as an alternative for whey, which makes me bloat and gain the wrong kinda weight.I used it during a dieting phase to get in the extra lean protein I needed. It seemed to do well for me when taken during the day or the night. Mixes well with water, 50/50 water/milk, or some good plain yogurt, which is one of my favorites.Two scoops has a grip of protein and it is pretty filling.It is pretty tough to mix. I had to use a blender.

I'm not sure if they changed the formula (which never tasted that great to begin with), but this tastes terrible- almost as if it were rotten or a bad batch or something. I have purchased this protein before and it was decent, but will not again after this last experience. I had to mix it with other chocolate or vanilla protein as well as blend it with fruit just to make it drinkable.

Yes I did receive my products in a timely manner! This is my first time using muscle pharm and I must say I do like the products. Taste good and seems to have all the key ingredients for proper muscle growth.

I just don't like the after taste but as far as protein complexes go it's the best tasting thus far hence why I gave it four stars.

The taste is good, only few days using it. I do not have any opinion until the moment. I will update in the future

Item arrived on time. Received product as described.This is my new Casein protein.It has 25 gr of protein with some BCAA and enzymes too.I bought it again.Recommended.

This stuff works as advertised. I can always tell a difference in the gm when I don't use it.

This product is rancid. The smell and taste is horrible. I love MP products but I think this is disgusting
