Quick and easy replacement
This worked great on 120 V convection oven same brand oster. Old unit contacts were glowing. See photos. To upgrade pull knob off disconnect, temperature, gauge unscrew, and disconnect wires. The screw that holds the thermostat contact to the oven box didn’t fit so I used a threaded bolt and nut on the end. Simple fix works great.

Works for me as the original wasn't available
My oven was an Oster TSSTTVCG04.Worked but with some issues. The orientation was off by 90°but still worked. The calibration was off , the pics attached will explain.The range on the oven plate was a little different. All in all it saved me from purchasing anew oven.P.S. if the knob is now rotated to the max the temp can go above 500°Fas the limits are difficult with this replacement
