These are amazing! I don't snore, but my wife sure does. I always thought it would be the guys snoring their wives out of the room. For me, it has been the opposite. I've asked my wife to try various products over the years. Nothing really worked. So I resorted to wearing earplugs and hoping for the best. She didn't need a CPAP, so we bought this to see how it worked. I was really amazed at just how great they were the very first night. She didn't snore and when I came to bed, it was quiet. It has made a big difference for us. My wife says they're comfortable and she doesn't really notice them once she goes to sleep. I strongly encourage anyone to use this affordable and effective solution to reduce snoring dramatically.

I do not have a large nose, but this falls off. Breathing through the device makes a noise. Did not stop the snoring in the least. There are 2 small metal screws on the inside that I am afraid will dislodge eventually. I really do not like the possibility of breathing them into my sinus cavity.

Took a few nights to become accustomed to the device. I find putting some Breathe Essential Oil on the screen and nostril ends makes it more comfortable. No clear directions for cleaning. I simply wash it with warm water and soap each morning.

Ummm. Cool idea, I do think it helps, I don't wake up stuffy or clogged breathing airway. However sometimes it does not stay in place so traction could be improved upon perhaps the outer later could be porous so stays in place.

Made the hubby wear these and now I’m sleeping through the night. Is he snoring? I don’t know because I haven’t been awoken to hear him! Snore free to me!

Can't really see how this item would help I was in real need of something to work so I tried it and this did not do it, after you shove this thing up your nose it won't stay there does not fit my shape head or nose, is nothing but a plastic Box with a screen in it it has nothing whatsoever to help you breathe or not snore, I guess of you're worried about giant bugs climbing up your nose, is about the only thing I could see it being good for, Ended up getting a CPAP machine and is what I should have done a long time ago, little gimmicks don't work for real problems if you're snoring or can't sleep get it checked out, take it form me it's not worth wasting time on gimmicks to fix a problem.

Glad i only wasted $11.99... saw it somewhere for $34.00 buy one get one free.... why would you want a second one when my first one doesn't work for me at all.... if you have no sinus issues sleep on your back... might help..but me no way...oh well worth a try.....
