Q: Any concern of it breaking and allow the beads to fall out?

A baby couldn’t break it. Our dog got ahold of it and chewed it, the bead area had teeth marks but didn’t break.

Q: Is this product BPA free?

The alternatives to BPA, specifically plastic hardeners, unfortunately, have been shown to be more estrogenic.

Q: Appropriate for what age?

As soon as they start reaching out to grasp. I think I gave it to my grandson at 3 months. It is easy for them to hold because of the holes. He is 10 months now and loves the little car with the holes like this has.

Q: How do you clean this? I sanitized it with soapy water and water got inside the rattle :(
