Low calories & high protein. - I got these because of the nutritional values. It only 100 calories a can, but have 20 grams of protein. I was pleasantly surprised that they actually taste good! I keep them in the fridge and enjoy them cold. They are a little in the pricey side. Review: UPDATED REVIEW - I wrote in my last review that these were rotten and unusable - and of the first three I tried, two tasted rotten so I left a bad review. I tried another and then another - turns out that only two were undrinkable (it wasn’t the flavor- I was able to drink all the flavors). After my unfavorable review, the company did contact me and offered a refund. I was disappointed that two tasted spoiled - the other ten were very good. I will likely try these again because I did enjoy the product once the off tasting two were out of the way. I also appreciate the company reaching out to me - and they did not ask me to change my review!
