I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this bag, my husband and I had quite the giggle about the extreme effectiveness of the Velcro! It is well made, with no fiberglass touching your hands, there is a zipper plus Velcro on the larger bag. The bag itself is very thick but not so thick that it is unmanageable. Obviously, like all reviewers I haven't seen this bag in action (thank heavens) but it is extremely thick, seams are sturdy and the Velcro and zipper are then overlapped by the fireproof material. I feel very confident in this product. The little bag is a nice bonus, I put our most important materials in it and then tossed in the bigger bag. Thanks for a good product at a decent price.

These are thick, durable bags that claim to be flame resistant and water resistant. I didn't test those features, but can confirm they are well constructed and are a nice way to store important documents or small items.

Obviously there is no way to know how good this product is without setting it on fire & holding under water which I don't plan on doing. Therefore, all I can comment on is service & looks. Service was quick. It is a very roomy bag & looks like it will hold a lot of papers, folders & documents. It does not have lock on it, so if that is important you may need something different.

Great product. I bought this bag to hold my important papers for a home I just purchased. The bank used to provide a nice zipped bag but now it's a paper envelope which is already ripping. I saw this bag and glad it is wide enough to hold all my house paperwork and water/fire proof just a huge bonus. Exactly what I was looking for.

This is a good size bag to put in a safe. You can put quite a bit of stuff in it. I hope I never have to actually test it for water and fire!

Although the seller states the product is water "resistant" in the bold print, the first bullet point states water "proof"). Waterproof means that the item is impervious to water. I placed this bag with filled with documents in my office slated for shredding into my bathtub. While it kept water from going into the bag from the shower (water pouring down from above), it did not pass an immersion test. If your are purchasing this for use in case of floods or hurricanes, it will not protect your documents or photographs unless you first use a sealable plastic bag and then place that bag into this product. I returned this as I am looking for something that is completely waterproof, which may not exist....

Nice size, and like the smaller extra included one for a reasonable price. I actually have four of these to protect important paper and some cash. Have placed them inside each other, so it is four thick- thought itight make it even more fireproof (?).

Reg. Large size:I Like the size of large bag. fits my 1.5” overstuffed binder and a laptop.The rubbery feel isn’t nice if you need to carry it w/ you and if portability is needed, opt for design with handle or strap. Not a problem for me as it will stay in storage.Reg small size:I Am Not Happy with the actual size of the small envelope. The Amazon photo is misleading because the proportion of the bag width to the passports in the image are not true to scale. See my photo and notice the passports scale of the passports are larger then the amazon pic.😟Sooooo either they sent me the wrong size or they did a photoshop touch up to make the bag look higher.
