This is a really good headset, as far as sound and voice quality are concerned. I am new to using a headset, however, and it has not been instinctual as to how to use this. I have had problems getting the voice to work when I am on a video call, etc. So that is why I gave it 4 stars and not 5. There is just nothing easy in figuring that stuff out.

There's a little sticker on the bag that is trying to convince you it's a new product and not refurbished saying "New Item" which is kind of weird, funny and hard to believe. (see photo) Otherwise, sound quality is not verry impressive, too much base, voice not super clear. the microphone however does seem to perform well and voice recorded through it sound good. Headset itself it not super comfortable on the head, kind of tight, warm and unpleasant on the ear. Kind of dissapointed.
