if I could recommend these over and over again I would. The texture is good. It is an amazing appetite suppressant. The effectiveness I would say is a 10 out of 10 and the taste wasn’t too bad. I was expecting it to be a lot worse. I think the quality is good. They’ve never come hard or stale and the energy boost was just an added plus I seem to lose a few pounds when I take these so I’m going to stick with them and I’ve recommended them to many other friends

I ordered these gummies because I've been taking GLP-1 supplements for a couple of months now, and I take them in tandem with a GLP-1 injection. They help enhance the benefits of those injections in terms of appetite control, while also alleviating some of the digestive side effects. I've had a positive experience so far while taking these without any adverse effects. These supplements are easy to chew with a tart but pleasant cherry flavor. They taste fine, but you won't confuse these for candy! I've noticed an increase in my energy level accompanied by a decrease in appetite. It's gentle on my digestive system, too. The price is reasonable, too.

I have tried to chew one of these gummies a couple of times now and I just can't stand the taste, smell and texture and will throw the rest of them out. Yuck!! Waste of money and will not purchase ever again!

So far so good! Flavor is not gross, it doesn’t taste like candy but it is not bad at all. The texture is also great as it chews easily but does not get stuck in your teeth. I haven’t experienced any tummy upset on these. I will have to add an edit section once I’ve made it through the whole container and have more results to share. This is a take-as-needed supplement and recommends to take especially before a higher carb meal (as the name suggests). Overall, 5-stars from me!

I couldn't tell much of a difference in my appetite or any skin/weight changes even with dieting and exercise that I wasn't already seeing progress for so I can't really confirm they work. They are easy to take, they're small capsules. They do have a slight smell and taste to them but I wouldn't say it's bad just kind of noticeable but it went away with some extra water
