Bellybar Prenatal Chewable Vitamin 60 Tab

Even though they look similar to Sweet Tarts (the candy), they taste horrible! Although, it only takes a few seconds to chew and it's much better than having to swallow the traditional sized prenatal vitamins. I'm on my second bottle and will continue to take them through breastfeeding.

I bought this product because I am not a fan of swallowing pills and wanted a chewable prenatal vitamin. I read some of the other reviews, most complaining about the taste. Thought I would give it a try anyways, everyone's taste buds are different. Well, I should have listened to the other reviews, took my first dose and wanted to vomit immediately. The taste is terrible! I'm not sure who created cherry-orange but they need to go back to the drawing board! I think I will stick to swallowing pills for now.

Good vitamins. I'm usually quite anemic but not while I was pregnant and taking these. I didn't like the flavor much so I took them with orange juice and all was well again!

I have tried several types of Pre-Natal vitamins and I have found that this type is the easiest for me in regards to how they affect my stomach. I have had some prescribed kinds as well as several over the brands of prenatals, some tablets, some liquid gels, but those that I have to swallow seem to be too strong for me and cause stomach upset and nausea. The chewables I can stagger and take 1 in the morning and 1 at night for the full dose of two chewables, and it seems to be much easier on my stomach. Now that I am breastfeeding I am still using this brand. Originally I found them at Babies R Us locally, but they were on sale then. Now I can find them on amazon for a bit cheaper and more convenient as they come shipped.

Chewable and has iron. Need I say more.

I did a lot of research on pre-natals before we conceived. These matched up to my qualifications: chewable (I had problems swallowing pills before and now it is much worse), nutritional value (not all pre-natals are equal), and price. Before I was pregnant I like the flavor, but now I am having aversions to most flavors including these. These are still surprisingly easy on the stomach even with horrible morning sickness. If I can get them into my mouth (hooray for morning sickness), they don't cause any irritation nor constipation.

These are terrific!I've tried so many other brands that caused stomach or digestion problems.With Bellybar, it's smooth sailing.
