Definitely something needed in my health regimen. For 6 months have been trying to keep pace with chemo. Have been taking 100 mcg of Vitamin B12 in pill form two or three times a day. This is the best B12 sublingual that you can buy on the market, it raises B12 levels very quickly very effective and clean product. After telling my Doctor what I use she ordered some for herself and her family. It's the only one I will use.

This is advertised as a 4 month supply, but I followed the dosing instructions and used 5 drops each day and ran out at 30 days. Because of this I decided to switch to another product.

5 drops sublingual or just put on end of tongue or in a glass of water. Easy. I cannot take B vitamin tablets and I have no issues with these drops.
