Positive:- good wide surface to work on- looks stunning- surface is nice to touch and iron glides well. it's a bit a little too grippy for the fabric to be pulled over easily but maybe change with use- can act as extra bench in a pinch- lightweight- easy to store- a necessity for a steam generator iron usersNegatives:- area for the steam generator iron is not well supported. Mine is rather bent when i place my steamer on top of it- area for the steam generator is just a piece of metal. Steamer can move around it. Some rubber/silicon mat is needed- there is a flawed design where you have an opening between your board and the shelf. Cord from your ironing station can easily be trapped in that opening- if you have a powerful steam generator iron, your will have water all over it and all over the floor- it was delivered without any packaging and was damaged during shipping- cardboard template for t-shirts is handy but it's very flimsy. I wish they included a proper one instead- no solution to be able to hang it when in storage

Overall, this is a very sturdy and good ironing board. Stable, the frame is made from metal, so you can be sure it will serve you for years. On the other hand, the ironing holder part is slightly smaller than I expected. The usual Philips steamers don't fit on it. Maybe it was designed for smaller steamers, but definitely, it should have been designed for steamers, not for standard irons.
