Is the Epson 4100 compatible with a Mac laptop?

It is very compatible with any Apple IOS device. However this printer is an INKaholic. It sucks up ink like it’s a rum and coke with a lime. It is very reasonably priced but the more expensive Epson printers aren’t gluttons for ink like this one. What you don’t spend on the 4100 you will eat up in ink cartridges. My suggestion buy the next step up in Epson printers. It’ll be cheaper in the long run.

Is the 5200 compatible with windows 11?

It says it does but it does not . Tried everything except wired hook up and it would not connect to the network. Total waste of money. Also it says it only works on the lower band of dual or tri band routers. Even after resetting router to allow access to the 2.4 ghz band it still would not connect.

Will i be able to print in black and white if any of the other colours are out?

Yes, for the 5200 series, just make sure you select the black and white or greyscale option in the print properties before you send to the printer.

Haven’t tried that, but it scans readily to a Mac laptop.
