(I like to use up the can over 2 or 3 days), Has all the NATURALLY OCCURING Vitamin D I need, Omega 3's in perfect balance, Iodine for thyroid function and EXCELLENT Vitamin A for eyesight. I'm a wellness coach and always recommend Cod Livers for a super healthy snack .. it is awesome on FinnCrisp or Wasa Sourdough Crackers !
