Good product quality and support team
I got very good support from customer support person NEYEZ he guided me properly and printer is working very well thanks for Shreyans. Overall good product. Initially had an issue with Bluetooth connectivity, but the support team fixed it quickly. Good product.. support team was helpful and helped me solve queries.

Worst product as I didn't get what I want
I have been told that the printer will work with phone but if I want to print in bulk it's not happening and every time time I have to print a single item..it's pathetic cause I can't spend my whole day in printing only...Customer service guys don't know how to talk and deal with the customers..I just need the refund..whenever I called them they are saying show me on video call what's the problem I have talked with three to four different guys..but till now issue not resolved

Worst product; do not buy
Sent me a used product. Packaging was damaged and printer had marks. Not all parts in it either. Tried returning but amazon could not pick it up for some reason and now stuck with this product. Constantly shows error with a beeping sound, there’s no help and no way it will work. I’m stuck with it. DO NOT BUY; it is a complete waste of money

Superb lable printer
This is a good quality thermal lable printer which accepts 1000 lables roll. The quality of print is very good. This is a Bluetooth printer so can be kept at any convenient place.
