Will other stylus fit in the case? Specifically the staedler jumbo

Yes, stylus is magnetically attached and stays tight in the case

Will the case fit a stylus/pen made by other manufacturers, or only the Remarkable stylus?

Depends on how close the other manufacturer's pens are to the reMarkable pen. The pen slot is designed for the reMarkable pen so if you have one that is the same dimensions then it will fit. It will also fit a slightly longer pen as there is some extra room at the tip. If it is a smaller diameter is should fit fine as it is held in magnetically. A larger diameter will not fit.

Does the case affect the handwriting experience? It looks like it would interfere with where the side of my hand/wrist rests as I'm writing.

Great case and no issue with writing.

Good Cover for Remarkable 2 when the original is too pricey and not that durable

The harder shell provides better protection; I like the side slots for the Pencil and the tiny case for extra tips. Well thought through design without making it bulky or too heavy. A good purchase experience.

Perfect cover

I ordered this cover because I didn't like the one from ReMarkable for the price. This one fit perfectly the remarkable 2, is sturdy enough, the plastic cover is easy to clean. The pen fit perfectly on the side so it doesn't fall all the time and you even have a little spot to keep the extra tips for the pen. I only wish it would be available in different colors! All in all, perfect for me. I'll order a second one just in case.
