My dog has snapped 5 collars with plastic buckles. This metal buckle not only shows his information, but it’s the only collar I’ve used that lasted more than 2 months. Very nice collar.

Our collar arrived today and I already put them on my dogs. They look fabulous. The engraving is well made and looks like to have a high quality. The material of the collar is like a leather with some kind of velvet on the external part, looks like a good material too. However, if you are buying this collar with the intentions of not using any tags of identification on the animal, you may be disappointed with the engraving being too light. As shown on the pictures, depending on the light, you can barely see that there is something write on the buckle, which, in case of a lost animal, won't be helpful. Maybe if the engraving was in black ink, probably it will be better.

Very well made collar. Love the engraving on closure so no tags. I ordered what I thought was a hot pink, bright pink or fushia gingham look. It looks red. I can’t see any resemblance of a pink shade. It’s still cute, but I wanted a pink. I had to take away a star for that.I ordered two. One for my female and one for my male Maltese. The XS fits both the 5.5 pound female and slightly smaller 5 pound male, but I have it tightened as much as a can. It’s a little too loose but not bad.I wanted this collar because it is a little wider than most CS collars. My pups have long hair and thin cannot be seen. I wanted them to have some sort of Identification if they got loose. The quality is great and the price for an upscale collar would be much more most places...add engraving—it’s a bargain.I ordered the denim for my other Maltese. It is adorable color for a male dog especially if you dress and accessorize your “toy” dogs.Both collars arrived quickly. I expected the engraving to delay, but no.Wouldn’t hesitate to order again. I would get the light pink though.

Its so adorable. But i ordered a collar with a built in tag so it would be silent. The clasp fits together pretty loosely so the metal jingles when she moves.

Color is better than I imagined, material is a little thin though, creases when pulled on. The clasp is very sturdy all metal and the words on it are perfect. Got size medium for my 40 pound dog and it’s a good fit.

I bought this because my dog is still in his puppy stage and loves to chew his tags. With the ID on his collar, he can’t get to it. I love the look of these collars and want several of the patterns. I used it the first day it arrived and it functioned wonderfully on a walk in our downtown and while we sat outside at a restaurant to eat. I saw another commenter saying it came loose. I can’t pull this apart if I tried so I am thinking it was not seccured properly and may have been user error. I have a small shih tzu and got a small collar which worked well for us. I adjusted it to the smallest size I could make it on this collar and we have room to grow. Hope this helps someone know if this will work for them.

My dog is a rescue so he is chipped twice. I was afraid he would not be returned to me if became loose. This is a great offering from other companies, as you can put a longer message in the plate. I was able to state - chipped twice, call ______________,This brought me much less stress and worry to get my "big boy" back. Collar is off nice quality as well.Very happy with this purchase.

I dislike the idea that the lettering on the buckle is NOT engraved. I highly doubt it is going to last. I haven't had the collar for long, so, I guess time will tell. It's very cute, and seems sturdy. The metal buckle is nice, because sometimes the plastic ones do break.

WAY TOO BIG for my dog, Its very nice quality but my 8-12" size is 14" and the lovely clasp is very heavy
