This tiles can be used for cardio but not for weights for sure. I dropped a dumbbell and now they have a small tear. Try plastic garden tiles or horse mat instead.

Ordered first two sets of these mats for my home gym. The measurements are solid, thickness good enough to protect the tile floor underneath & firm enough for active movement, does not slip or slide. Slight smell of petrol when opening the package which disappeared quickly. Was happy enough to buy a third set to enlarge the area further.

Je l'utilise dans ma petite salle de gym maison et le tapis remplit parfaitement sa fonction. Quand on laise du poids longtemps dessus et qu'on l'enlève, on a l'impression qu'on a déformé le tapis mais il faut juste lui laisser un peu de temps et il reprends sa forme originale. Il se lave/aspire très bien aussi. Niveau confort, très bon aussi, je m'entraine toujours pieds nus et il est très confortable. Je le recommande.
