Works just fine. You do have to apply it once around edges, wait 30secs, then press down on tip of nail to enable remover brush to get a bit under edge of nail then wait 30secs more.At that point u can wedge somethg carefully under nail and pry off entire nail 😄The best part is that this remover makes the remaining glue residue easy to scrape away frm natural nail and fake one! I didnt expect that. My real nails are in perfect condition again after removal. 💅🏼💗👍🏼

This bottle arrived only 3/4 of the way full. Besides that, worked fine. Was able to get the glued on nails off easily and without damage to my nails. Even took the extra new glue off my skin on my fingers!

I am so sad to say that it doesn't work. Unfortunately, the other reviews are accurate about the amount in the bottle upon opening. It is not filled to the top and so that was the first thing to annoy me. Mine was filled 2/3 of the way. Very noticeable. Beside that, it doesn't take off the nails so I had to resort to nail polish remover (bad idea! it eats up the fake nail making it even harder to take off) and then finally decided that warm water and coconut oil (plus a floss picks and a patient spirit lol) is the only thing that takes off nails. This stuff does literally nothing. I use pretty strong glue and in a fight, my glue would kick this nail glue remover's butt any day of the week. It's probably best to save your money and find some other way to take your fake nails off. Again, maybe try water and coconut oil?

The first order I got came completely empty, the top was unscrewed. I requested a replacement and that one actually came quicker than the first but was not even close to full. The screw top on these has to be defective if everyone is getting different amounts. BUT IT WORKS, a miracle worker. I feel like if it's always a hassle and I'm not getting my money's worth I'll probably find it locally next time though. Just fix the bottle pleaseee!
