Nice looking plastic
Nice. It arrived intact which was my major concern. It is expensive for what it is but custom wood options are much more expensive and can block motion and light sensors. Our Samsung Frame looks more refined and more like art now.

Our second 65” Frame TV and third Frame TV in total. We’ve used the Samsung Teak bezel on all three and it fits and looks great. Only negative is the price. $180 for four thin pieces of plastic is the only complaint.

Cheap looking and the company does not like returns after 30 days-
This frame is small and thin and you can see gaps in the corners. I bought the frame but had to wait until we actually hung the tv before I tried it. I wanted to return it and the company said it passed the "30 day" window. Buyer beware- this is an expensive product for the quality and the company is not easy to work with for returns.

You've Been Hustled.
$180 for four pieces of plastic with magnets at the tips. We got hustled by Samsung. Looks nice; however, the product isn't worth what you pay for it. Prices need to be lowered. Maybe $39.99 (being generous) - people would by more colors.

Great look, fit can be improved.
Perfect sleek color against background. Dose not fir perfect around TV. Installer confirmed, the 3rd party products are a better fit than the Samsung version for its own TV. Keeping though as best color match and sleek look for my use case.

Converts the Frame TV to actual art.
Absolutely beautiful frame. This is the best colour. I have the teak frame on a 50" Samsung Frame and while I like both, this 65" sand gold version takes the cake- it's stunning really. Unfortunately it was on backorder for nearly a year after I ordered it, hence the 4 star review of an otherwise perfect item.

Great product - not so great experience
Great product but.... not great when you receive your package and notice that is has been opened before, repackaged and most probably been used before. Please then don't sell it as new.
