Tastes like cotton candy. It has that faint vanilla flavor that cotton candy has. Exactly what I was looking for. The concentration isn’t as strong so you need a little more than expected though.

The flavor isn’t very strong. I had to use a lot to get a flavor at all. It mixes easily and does taste good after using enough.

Once opened bottle noticed it smelled like bubble gum, not cotton candy. Not sure if it was a mix up or if it just smells that way. Used it to make cotton candy cupcakes, the cupcakes didn't end up tasting much like anything other than being real sugary sweet. I also put some flavoring in the frosting and it also just tasted more sweet, but not like cotton candy flavor. Not a bad flavor, but just not what I was expecting. Maybe I used to much and it overpowered the taste somehow. I will try again to see.
