Crampbuster CB4 Black Throttle Mounted Motorcycle Cruise Assist

No cruise control on my motorcycle, so this little gizmo is really helpful for easing hand cramps on the throttle side. At about $10, I wasn't so sure about this, but it works well. High quality black plastic slips over your throttle and lets the beefy part of the palm of your hand keep the speed steady while allowing you to moved your fingers around (no numb fingers!). Comes with a rubber band to make the device fit more snugly if needed. Will probably need to futz with it over several rides to find just the right position (whether in or out/forward or back) to get just the right fit for your hand palm comfort. Clever, cheap, really works. This model (look at the photo) is flush left with an offset to the right and fits farther to the end of your throttle. There is also a model that is made to fit closer toward the middle of your throttle (the left side looks like the right side instead of being flush left). I prefer this one. Give it a try!

Does what it says on the box Installation is beyond easy and takes a total of 10 seconds. I really love these things and find them useful for virtually all aspects of riding, not just for helping take some strain off your wrist during highway cruising. But like virtually anything else, I can see how some might not like it. For 10 bucks and 10 seconds of installation, it's worth giving a try. The only thing I question about the instructions is that it says the use of the included rubber-band is "optional" if the fit is loose to give the plastic loop something to bite down on. I don't see how this thing would function very well or very reliably if you didn't let it ride on top of that rubber band. I've got some pretty thick grips and even with mine, the plastic piece would just flip around losey-goosey without using it.

My husband works on cars all the time and often needs new tools, parts or fun extras. This is no different. He had zero complaints for this item. Said it works for what he needs it for and is easy to use.

Simple to install and adjust while on the road. My grips are wide on a 2024 Goldwing so I can move inward to get off the rest or outward to get off the rest. I’ve been on a 40 day trip and it has saved my hand when the cruise control is not appropriate. I do find it “out of place” when I return to my bike sometimes. I believe this is due to imbeciles grabbing my throttle.

Love this little thing..it helps so much with resting my palm on it and it takes the pressure of my hand and thumb. Totally recommend

Tends to move around too much. Has rubber under it, but still moves

Worked great in klr650. Use the rubber sleeve with it. Grips tight one way but not the other so you can always back it around the throttle to get it exactly where you want it.

I will admit when I bought this, I was just goofing around. However, it's nice to have especially on long rides.
