Waited till the 14 days was over to give full review. Fitting : very easy with the instructions, the adhesive was fine by itself although could buy extra coverings App : the app integration works seamlessly once the devise is connected the data was connected, twice had slight issue with Bluetooth connectivity but was easily resolved by either restarting phone or Bluetooth. Information : while it’s obvious that you will get higher spikes from excessive carbohydrates compared to protein and fats the data given gave more nuanced insights, ie for me not all carbohydrate quantities were equal, so elicited a bigger response than others, yes one could work out possibilities vis glycemic index etc but the visual in the moment readings were very useful and allowed one to play with strategies and see in real time if they worked. I only bought one but will get more at a future date to explore my choices again once insights integrated. Well worth the expense for those that want to understand this aspect of their health. For diabetics a different model is available.

Unfortunately the monitor dramatically understated my supposed glucose levels - I was really worried I was hypoglycaemic! I ended up buying a traditional pin-prick monitor to try and work out what was going on. This pin-prick monitor shows an 8mmol/l difference 😱. That’s a lot! Because the device looked like it was working, it’s taken me 8 days to realise there was a problem with it. I’ll be honest, I hated it. This is one of the most stressful things I’ve used in a long time. The constant measurement of your blood sugar, trying to relate it back to what you ate and how you feel is really horrible. It is easy to become obsessed, and that’s not healthy at all. I have a strong family history of diabetes, so wanted to understand how my eating habits could be improved to reduce my risk, but I don’t think this is a useful or healthy way of achieving that. The monitor pretends to be up-to-date to the minute, but if you read the literature there is actually a 15 minute lag in the results because they are actually measuring the fluid around your cells, not your blood. This means it is inviting you to make judgements on results in real time, but which aren’t actually real! It would be much better and healthier for the user if the monitor showed the 15 minute lag rather than pretending it is up to the minute. So I really don’t recommend, unless under medical supervision. And that is even before you take into account the fact the sensor wasn’t working properly, but there was nothing to indicate that there was a problem apart from some strange results. I would definitely recommend against buying.

I don't leave a lot of reviews, but I have to say that this CGM biosensor is a game changer. I am on day three, and so far, so good. It was so easy to use; I watched a YT video shorts and followed the instructions, and within seconds my sensor was on and I was ready to start my day with my CGM strapped to my arm. It was not painful; I hardly felt a thing. It is no hindrance to my lifestyle at all; I can get on with my day as normal and sleep well with no issues. I love that I am seeing what's happening in my body in real time. It shows you what's happening to your blood sugars, how your body interprets and uses food, and your stress levels; it really helps you to stay in control and to know exactly what's going on with your health. Also, to ensure that the sensor stays on, I also purchased adhesive pads for extra security (this thing is not going anywhere until I am ready to remove it in the next 11 days). It is my first time using a CGM, and Lingo so far has made it a very pleasant and easy experience. At the end of the 14 days, I will leave an update and whether I still stand by my current review. I was sent a 100% off voucher to use on Amazon UK by HomeTesterClub in order to test this product for free for 2 weeks. It’s an amazing piece of kit that provides a fascinating insight into what’s happening with your blood glucose level in real time. Of all the things you’d expect (such as fizzy drinks and sweet foods) to spike your blood glucose levels, mine was actually freshly squeezed orange juice! The graph would shoot up past 11.1 with every glass! It loses a star because it’s quite costly every 2 weeks, and as the screenshot shows, once the very minute of expiration occurs, the app stops working. Additionally, the app needs to be left open in the background which uses up resources on your device. And so you’d think that when the app detects a spike in blood sugar, it would ping you, but it doesn’t. You’re expected to check in the app throughout the day and manually record what you were eating or drinking at the time of the spike. Overall, great tool but could be simpler.

DO NOT BOTHER with this product! It arrived quickly and was quite painless to attach, but it NEVER worked and was a complete waste of time. I tried uninstalling and installing a few times to see if it was just a glitch but it ALWAYS came up with the same message - "This App has a Bug" and NEVER actually worked. Very disappointing and frustrating as I was looking forward to getting more knowledge and information about My Glucose levels, but ABSOLUTELY USELESS and complete waste of time. Luckily Amazon refunded so I didn't lose the money but still Seriously disappointed I didn't even want to leave a single Star as a rating but Amazon won't allow to post the review without a rated review?!!

Excellent product, reliable readings, and the app is nice and easy to use. I compared many other medical-grade monitors; Lingo is at the top for accuracy, and the app is really helpful for taking control and learning. I also wish it had an alarm system, but it is not aimed at diabetics, so I understand, although that would make it the best there is.

Ok if your blood sugar is below 11.1 anything higher and it doesn’t register, ok for hypo or if your worried you’ve got low sugars - no good for high sugars - very sensitive to knocks and bangs - takes 1 hr to sync - loss of connection frequently

I bought a single box, read instructions & fitted without complications. Needed to pair daily but worked ok & gave results. Testing under different environments as well as diet & exercise. Immediately bought two on offer. Got it caught up & pulled out on day 12. First box opened & during transfer to application needle fell out & I could not find a way to over come this issue. Second box opened & fitted without complications. 24hrs later still unable to pair to Bluetooth. Cost over reliability: now I'm hesitant to buy another.
