Effective Cleanse, expensive but worth it
We’ve done this cleanse before, great results. It does seem expensive when we already have the cookbooks, just needed the supplements. Item arrived in great condition.

Effective? Yes. Worth $200? Let's Chat...
I've reached the age where the word "cleanse" immediately activates my skepticism. I've seen miracle detoxes, celebrity cleanses, magical powders, restrictive programs, expensive supplements, and enough wellness marketing to last several lifetimes. So I approached the BODi Ultimate Reset with equal parts curiosity and side-eye. After completing the program, here's my honest assessment: I do think it works. The most noticeable benefits for me were reduced bloating, improved digestion, feeling lighter overall, and a general sense that my body was operating more efficiently. Nothing felt extreme or punishing, which I appreciated. Unlike some cleanse programs that seem determined to make you question every life decision you've ever made while camping out in the bathroom, this felt more structured, intentional, and surprisingly manageable if you commit to following it properly. What separates this from many competing programs is the synergy between the components. This isn't simply a bottle of supplements with lofty promises attached. The various products are designed to work together as a system, and that becomes fairly obvious once you're into the program. The digestive support, mineral support, greens, and other components each seem to serve a specific purpose within the larger process rather than feeling randomly assembled for marketing purposes. The meal plan also helps create a framework that supports the supplements instead of expecting them to perform miracles on their own. Taste is always subjective, but I found some components considerably more pleasant than others. The greens were better than many greens products I've tried over the years, which admittedly is a low bar because most greens powders taste like someone liquefied a lawn and added disappointment. Some portions of the program were easier to look forward to than others, but nothing was so unpleasant that I dreaded continuing. Compliance matters with programs like this, and BODi seems to understand that making everything miserable is not a sustainable business model. Now let's discuss the elephant in the room: the price. At roughly $200, this is not an impulse purchase for most people. In fact, I think it's important to acknowledge that many consumers will experience genuine sticker shock. For that amount of money, expectations should be high, and rightfully so. The good news is that the program feels thoughtfully designed and professionally executed. The less good news is that you're paying a significant premium for convenience, structure, branding, and having everything packaged together in one system. That's where my evaluation becomes nuanced. Do I think it is effective? Yes. Do I think many people will feel better after completing it? Also yes. Do I think everyone needs to spend $200 to achieve similar improvements in digestion, bloating, nutrition awareness, and overall wellness? Probably not. For some people, the structure itself will be worth the investment. Having a complete roadmap removes decision fatigue and creates accountability. For others who are already knowledgeable about nutrition and supplementation, it may be harder to justify the cost. Would I recommend it? Yes—with qualifications. I would recommend it to someone who wants a comprehensive, guided reset and is willing to fully commit to the process. I would not recommend it to someone expecting a miracle, permanent weight-loss solution, or magical transformation delivered by supplements alone. At the end of the day, this isn't snake oil. It isn't a gimmick. It isn't one of those products where you finish wondering whether anything happened at all. I experienced real benefits. I just think it's important to be honest enough to say that while the results felt legitimate, so does the price tag. Sometimes the most useful review isn't "This changed my life." Sometimes it's: "This worked. Now you can decide whether it works well enough for your budget."

Everything you need
This is a very thorough kit that takes dedication to be fully effective and worth it. I'll be honest, I haven't finished the full 21 day reset but I have sampled each of the included supplements and am pleased with all of them. The "Power Greens" is my favorite. Comes with a very thick and thorough instruction manual that details how to best do the program and is loaded with food and recipe suggestions. It'll take some planning, shopping lists, and dedication but this is solid program to kickstart a reset for you.

The ultimate reset was so worth it!
I was ready to commit to the BODi Ultimate Reset Complete Kit – 21-Day Full Body Cleanse. I needed my body to feel better. The program gives you all you need to cleanse and reset your body. The guide and the schedule were easy to follow, including recipes. At the end of the 21 days, I felt lighter, more refreshed and improved my sleep quality. And healthier. This kit helped me to continue better eating and sleeping habits. Very pleased with this program!

High Cost - Complex - Great If You're committed
This one is a massive 21-day commitment, so it’s definitely not one of those "simple" products. You’re looking at a full-blown kit with six different supplements and a whole meal plan, which is a lot to manage. Honestly, for a cleanse like this, the convenience factor is the biggest win. They’ve basically done all the thinking for you by bundling everything together, but man, you have to be ready to put in the work. It’s a bit of a "shock to the system" compared to just popping a daily vitamin, and if you aren't committed to the 21 days, it’s going to be a waste. Generally, the quality of the ingredients in these BODi kits is pretty solid, but for the price point, you should darn well be getting a premium experience. The supplements themselves aren't too bad to get down, but it’s definitely a routine you have to plan your life around. It’s geared toward weight loss and digestive health, and you can tell it’s designed to be a total "reset" rather than a quick fix. If money doesn’t matter and you just want a structured, high-quality plan that tells you exactly what to do and when to do it, then this is probably right up your alley. But if you aren't the type to stick to a rigid schedule, you’re going to wish you hadn’t started.

Definitely reset something in me
This still is the bees knees. I feel more refreshed in the morning and have energy though the day. Sleep like a baby every night with no leg twitch’s. Go out and get it!

Shed it away
Obviously you need to use it consistently and as-intended to get the best results, so that may be a downside for some people if they can't do that. It works really well when used as intended though, as the ingredients are pure and high quality and seem to help you just shed weight without much issue. It's not an immediate thing, as it's steady and gradual, and it needs to be paired with proper diet and exercise to get the best results too. So far, it doesn't seem to disrupt sleep at all and is super easy to use as it has a relatively neutral taste that doesn't have any strong or overpowering flavors that make it unbearable to take. Definitely a good value for sure with how it helps with the weight management and improves your overall health.

Pricey but effective if you stick with it
I just finished the 21-day BODi Ultimate Reset, and it worked better than I expected. However, it demanded some serious discipline to make it through. What I appreciate the most is how structured the program is. This is the key to success for me because I get caught up in analysis paralysis if I have to figure things out on my own. The daily schedule of supplements and meals was all laid out for me, which took away all of the guesswork on my part. Be prepared to plan ahead. There is a lot of meal prep that needs to be done and a schedule to maintain. Not to mention simply identifying a 21 day stretch of time with no vacations, holidays, celebrations, etc to derail you. While you're planning ahead, think about easing your experience by weaning off of some things before you even start the reset. For me, that would be my morning espresso, evening glass of wine, and sugar. Had I taken a week prior to starting the reset to greatly reduce those bad habits, I would have had an easier time in the beginning. I made it through, though, and by week 2 was feeling much better with less cravings. The probiotics and digestive enzymes were very beneficial for me. I noticed less bloating and digestive upset than is typical for me. By the end of the 21 day reset, I had 6 lbs of weight loss and just felt better overall. My diet at the end looked nothing like it did prior to starting the Reset. Ive never tried to eat Vegan before. I'm trying to maintain a healthier diet going forward. Being weaned off the bad stuff and detoxed makes that easier. I was hoping to lose more weight over the three weeks, but that's a constant struggle at my age that goes deeper than my diet. At the current price of $199.95, the daily cost is $9.52. For that price you receive 3 supplements (210 capsules total), 21 detox packets, Power Greens (21 servings), and Mineralize (pink Himalayan salt). In addition, you receive the program and nutrition guide, which extensively lays out the program, schedule, and meals. The 21 Day Ultimate Reset is a bit pricey, in my opinion, but the convenience of having everything structured is worth it to me. I wish they sold a cheaper refill kit for the supplements so I could repeat the Reset in the future without having to buy the entire program again. It would also enable me to get my husband on the program at the same time.
