Sturdy power rack at a bargain price
Strong and stable power rack as promised. Power racks are advisable for safety purposes when working out alone. Works very well for chest presses, shoulder presses and squats. The safety rods provided are solid and weigh more than 3 kg each, so should be capable of withstanding heavy loads. The seller initially forgot to send the j-cups with the package, but sent it later when informed. Weight holders were not sent though. Only caveat, although subjective, is that the pull up bar is way too high at 8ft. I have a separate set up for pull ups, so it does not bother me. But for most people of average height, a 7ft high pull up bar probably makes more sense.

Value for money. Decent finish and thick material. Ordered the 4x2 unit. Seller is very cooperative and answers all queries. Assembly is easy....with little help from walls to support, one can single handedely install the unit.
