They fixed most of my nights, as a insomniac light sleeper who listens to music!
I have chronic pain, fatigue and insomnia. I cannot bear lying for hours in pain in silence with my mind racing. I'm used to using apple wired headphones to sleep as they fit best in my ear and give great sound fidelity to me. They're also under £20, and thank god, because they nor airpods are built to last.Someone on Twitter, a friend of mine actually, recommended these when I asked about people who slept with music/earphones. Wired ones always get tangled, and even if you did risk airpods, their battery life is awful and earwax would break them beyond warranty. I'm so glad I gave them a chance. Finally I can fall asleep and turn over as much as I need without needing to solve a wire puzzle. The headphones last JUST long enough if you somehow get a full 8 hours, with some room left over. They charge quickly, as I found out at 1am in a panic. Normally I hate gel earbuds and they never fit? These ones? Perfect out the box. Come with natural noise cancellation which is great for sleep.I don't bother with the app. The product is still worth it just for night music listeners like me. The sound quality is a couple of notches below apple airpods/wired headphones imo, but better than most wireless headphones I've used. I didn't even get these on sale, but it was worth it at full price.

best I've tried yet, but not perfect.
These do not drown out my wife's snoring completely. Not sure God could do that at this point. Though if she's reading this, I wouldn't say no to some divine intervention!!Listening to music, they aren't any better than any others I've tried for sleeping and to be honest, probably a bit worse for drowning out the snoring. I was able to put together my own sleep sound using the options in their app though, and that goes a long way to helping. Not perfect, can still hear it but most of the time it's enough. As far as comfort though, I'd say they are hands down the most comfortable I've ever tried sleeping with and I have tried a bunch of different ones.

Amazing sleeping aid
Wow! I've got a pair of space one's (cup headphones) and they have been amazing so had no issues in looking at other models. Wanted something to help me sleep at night, and as the other alternative was over three times the price I bought these. They have over delivered on everything. They're tiny, comfortable, can't feel them in ear when sleeping (I'm a side sleeper) sound is amazing! Obviously don't expect mega base, but more than enough to use out and about as well. Clear sound, battery so far has been as described.Only negatives I've experienced so far is the sleep sensor for the relaxing sounds seems to be off an kicks in mid song as I'm listening to tunes in bed. Besides that currently my go to buds. Would buy again. Let's see how they last in the long run as they replaced my Samsung buds that I've had for nearly 9 years.

Don't last past the 3 to 6 month mark - not fit for purpose
Absolute trash. I've had to send three sets of these back with exactly the same fault. Over time, the volume drops lower and lower to the point you can't hear them any more with the volume switched right to maximum. Only generally happens on one earpiece at a time. After speaking to a couple of other people with them, they've had exactly the same problem. Considering a price tag of around £100, 3 to 6 months usage is just bad. I'd avoid these and look elsewhere personally.

Great…but how long before the battery degrades
These new earbuds are great and do exactly as advertised. However, this is my second pair. The first pair - now 9 months old - only have a battery life of 3 hours.

Comfortable and feature packed: good replacement for Bose Sleepbuds
Able to review after I have used them for some time. I bought them to replace Bose Sleepbuds (no longer available) which weren't waterproof (not that I expected them to be but that's how they died). These are better:Much longer battery life (for buds and case)Unlimited access to Amazon prime meditation, sleep inducing, 430hz sounds etc.90% comfortable for a side sleeper

Sadly cannot recommend
Unfortunately gave these a go, even after reading the mixed reviews which in the end were right.Found them a little uncomfortable, did not block sound. Main concern was they kept changing sounds to a fierce rain sound which was in bearable. Did a reset, checked and read all settings but made no difference. Sadly had to return and unfortunately cannot recommend.

Does not work for side sleepers
Decent headphones however the Bluetooth disconnects after 45 minutes every session, and despite what the manufacturer claims these DO NOT work for side sleepers at all. The headphones shut off when you lie on your side, they are not designed for it in any way shape or form.
