Waterboy Workout Hydration, Blue Raspberry, Sugar Free Electrolytes 15ct

Waterboy has officially become my go-to hydration supplement. I use it for the gym, tennis, pickleball, and on runs. It tastes good ( probably a bit salty for some, but I really enjoy it), has a ton of electrolytes, and dissolves easily. I like that it has clean ingredients and isn't full of sugar. For the price it blows away the competition.

I really wished I would’ve discovered Waterboy sooner. I love the healthier and higher quality ingredients compared with other hydration brands like Liquid I.V., which used to be my go to. My sons wrestle and they really enjoy the Waterboy more citing better effectiveness and recovery! I don’t allow my boys Gatorade and really try to help them understand the importance of quality ingredients and nutrients as an athlete. I load up on Waterboy for the wrestling season and my boys always make sure they have extra Waterboy sticks in their bags, especially for tournaments. Yes, this is going to taste saltier than liquid IV and not as loaded with sugar but my son said you get used to it and he loves the blue raspberry flavor. I admit I got hungover bad from my birthday celebration (can’t party like them college days anymore lol) and Waterboy really helped me to recover. Overall, it’s definitely worth a try and if you have athletes, please switch from Gatorade and Liquid IV to better quality options like Waterboy! It’s a little more expensive but worth it!

First off I just want to say I struggle with drinking enough water. While this product won’t exactly force you to drink more water, what it will do is hydrate you in the most simple way possible. I work in a big industrial weld shop and it’s usually 85 degrees or hotter in the shop. Putting one of these packets into 32 oz of water works perfectly to cut down on the taste. After I tried these for the first time I was skeptical, but after 3 days of drinking them I felt do much more focused and hydrated!! My mood increased a lot as well due to being properly hydrated throughout my long 12 hr days! The only downside is that they are a little salty but honestly in 32 oz of water, it’s very much doable and doesn’t taste bad at all. The texture for those that are wondering is the same as any other water add in but it’s less grainy. I now recommend these to everyone I know and they all love them too! Lastly I’d like to add that they even give me energy that makes me feel incredible!!! 5/5 star review!!

These are pretty salty, but overall solid flavor. Not my favorite electrolyte I’ve tried, but they do the job.
