Hooked it up and it works. Use in a business to fill the fountain soda machine with ice, provide ice to the kitchen and ice for various coolers. After unboxing, there are no directions and its confusing to figure out how to turn on the cleaning cycle and or adjust the ice thickness. It is easy to bump the button on the front with your ice bucket and put the machine into cleaning mode by accident and this fills the inside with water and destroys all the ice. There is a tiny plug made of weak rubber that is super easy to know out of the reservoir. If you do knock this plug out it is easy to lose in the ice and can get sucked down the drain. It is likely that if you lose this plug you will never be able to use your ice machine again as I can't find anywhere that has parts. My employees have almost lost the plug twice however, I found it each time and saved my machine. That being said, this ice machine has worked well for me for just about a year. The machine makes ice every 12 minutes and definitely pumps out 300 lbs a day if you need it and I do. When I purchased the machine, I had dreams of bagging and selling some of the ice to pay for the machine. Unfortunately, the more ice you have the more you need and this barely provides the ice that I need on hot summer days. This is a cheap Chinese ice machine that works. The build quality inside the machine is not sturdy and I have to watch my employees and yell at them to keep them from beating up the machine and breaking the plastic reservoir and other internal parts. I am hoping to get 5 years of ice making out of this machine and if I achieve that I will have gotten my money's worth. Only 4 more years to go. So far the machine is great at making ice so I have to give it 5 stars.

We have used this icemaker for a while now and we love it. We don’t even use the fridge ice maker anymore. Works great. Maybe once per month it will grow and error and we power it off and back on and it works fine. It is important to have a drain line.

Received with no dents after unpacking. Hook up was easy. Unit has 1/4 OD water line hook up. Once set up pressed the power button and machine started making ice. Filled the 33 pound Ben up in few hours. Works as advertised. Only time will tell about longevity.

This used product didn’t last 90 days and I didn’t get the extended warranty so I threw $300.00 down the drain I’ll be shopping somewhere else for the next one

This ice maker works great! I’ve been using it for months now and no issues and makes a lot of ice!

Great product… only problem is… when it makes ice.. when ice dumps into machine it’s loud. But would properly buy again

This was an excellent purchase. We go out on the boat a lot and it has already paid for itself but NOT having to purchase ice.

Works great and makes ice fast! One down side is that it doesn’t act like a freezer so water builds up and needs to be drained often. Though I just hooked the drain hose up to a dog water bowl with a float valve to avoid having to manually drain it.

Love having ice all the time.

Elle fonctionne bien mais la grosseur des petits cubes sont ok mais l’épaisseur n’est pas adéquat nous devons essayer de la casser ce qui n’est pas facile. Nous avons vérifié dans le livre pour bien ajuster, nous avons fait tout comme indiqué dans le pamphlet

I was really looking forward to using this ice machine, especially after having a professional plumber set everything up correctly. Unfortunately, it never reached a freezing temperature, so it couldn’t produce any ice at all. I gave it a fair shot, but after some troubleshooting and waiting, it was clear something wasn’t working as it should. Given the time, effort, and cost of the installation, it was a frustrating experience to have to return it. Really disappointed—this machine did not live up to expectations. Hopefully, this was just a defective unit, but I won’t be taking another chance on this model.
