You will receive 2" to 3" tall plants in 2" x 2" pots That are TISSUE CULTURES!
So they arrive healthy but tiny. I transplanted them into a 4" x 4" pot with half peat potting soil & half vermiculite. Drainage is VERY IMPORTANT. I placed one plant spike feeder in each pot and put them under a grow lux LED light of 1200 LUMENS. In one week they had doubled their size. In two weeks they doubled their size again and I transplanted them into the 1 gallon containers and put them on the south side of the house to harden them off for winter. I know it will be a few years before I get any figs. I also knew they would arrive in their tiny size, BUT they grow very fast, they are very healthy and as long as you don't over water them, they will grow. I will buy from this vendor again!

Not as presented
The trees were minute (really small) and died within a couple of days.

All four are doing great!
I repotted them and have them in my garden room for now. They all look great, we were having such hot humid weather earlier I decided to wait to put them outdoors. Very nice plants!

Pretty good, required some care
4 plants came in late from Florida (Aug 6) and were all around 5 inches tall on average with about 3-4 leaves per stem and fine roots (rooted cuttings). Some had damaged leaves, all had rust spots. Didn't think they were going to survive but I dabbed the rust spots (both the top and bottom of the leaf) with a copper sulfate solution using a q-tip, planted all of them in 3" pot, with compost and soil (amended with powdered 99% pure elemental sulfur to obtain pH 6-6.2) and left them on a window sill that receives 10 hours of direct sunlight, 3 hours of indirect. 80-90*F day temps, 70-75*F night temps, daily watering with rain water. Gave a 5ml dose of a 50% diluted 24-8-16 water soluble fertilizer to each plant on day 3 and by day 7, the roots had grown enough to reach the bottom of the 3" pot and were then transplanted to old 7-8" pots/containers. Same environmental conditions, same watering schedule, but on day 14, gave 3ml full strength dose of 24-8-16 water soluble fertilizer. Day 17, leaf buds started to appear. Day 21 I had mini leaves. It's now Aug 31st (day 25) and as I type up this review and I would say all 4 plants are thriving. In the pictures you can see the old damaged leaves with dried/crumbling rust spots with all the new green leaf/lateral growth. Only 2 plants grew in height by about 0.20 inches. Only complaint is the fig rust, but overall not bad at all. Rating 4.5 out of 5Edited: Nov 7, 2021 - trees are large enough to transplant into the ground in the spring but brought indoors for the winter. Growth has been fantastic. The white residue on the leaves is diatomaceous earth.
