So far I used this for after child birth. It helped relieve and soften my stool for that first scary poop pp. It has good texture-smooth and taste just like fresh mint! The color is vibrant green, and it does stain so be careful! This is my go to if I feel bloated or constipated and works wonders! Makes me feel better and give me more energy and motivation. Plus it’s all natural non toxic ingredients!

First, you cannot use this in hot beverages. It will curdle. Unless you want to chew it... But the taste is better than most. Try it in a sweet tea or any peppermint drink and you won't taste it at all. I had it in a mint choc chip shake that I made and it was not detected one bit. I'm going back to the gummies, though. The liquid just wasn't for me.

I'm suffering with a neurologic condition which recently made my skin smell different, not bad but I just felt like my body is crying out for some detox. Bought it without much hope but I am amazed, after first use my skin is back to normal so this is definitely effective. I used on an empty stomach in a glass of water an hour before breakfast and it does smell a bit minty when you open the bottle but when u add it to your water it's completely tasteless and u can't really smell mint anymore. It's dark green in colour and just a spoon or 2 in a glass turns water green. I love it and looking forward to long term benefits since it's worked so well on my skin scent.
