I've had my shoulder operated on twice in several years from a fall I had. I was having much trouble with it after taking a couple falls at home. The surgeon said he'd rather try therapy for a while and at least strengthen it for surgery if needed. These worked for me at home as extra therapy in between sessions. It fit on my door top and the lenght was easily adjustable. The handles were smooth and easy to use and they worked smoothly in the pulley. My should did get better. I worked through the pain. So surgery can wait for a later date!!

Worth the cost.

I think it’s good. I would’ve designed it differently though. I would’ve designed it to have a flat wide hook to put over the door in case someone doesn’t have a door they can close all the time to close it in. And I would have placed a strap to go across the top of the hand too. But it’s a good rehab item. I can’t use it as much as I want because I don’t have a door I can keep closed for long periods of time.

My physical therapist cued me to this item at a great price. No need to pay more. Very sturdy and the tab that goes over the door hold securely. Easy to adjust the length of the ropes with a new knot to maximize effectiveness. Using it to keep my range of motion prior to surgery. And will use it later during recovery.
