Did I need one? No. Did I buy one anyway? Yes. These are beautifully made, true Yeti quality. The insulation is actually great for brew temp stability, and I have to say it's so easy to clean. Good value from Yeti, can make coffee for the whole group while travelling.

This is my new V60 go to coffee filter. I wish it came with a handle to prevent the steam hit on the fingers when checking the cups fill level. Other than that, its 100% worth the order.
