Forget the Milk
These are a great alternative to milk and have a creamy texture. The toasted marshmallow doesn’t really taste like marshmallow, but the cinnamon swirl is impressive.

Great Dairy Free Alternative
This is a great alternative for your coffee if you are dairy free. Once a year my husband and I do Whole 30 as sort of a reset. Nut pods are my go to for my morning coffee during that month. Although it does not give the overall creamy texture milk or dairy creamer does, it adds a nice creaminess and flavor to otherwise boring black coffee. The Toasted Marshmallow is my favorite!

A good option if you’re limiting added sugar
I wanted to have flavored, sweetened, creamy coffee with little to no added sugar, and this (plus one packet of monk fruit sweetener) does that. Is it as delicious as sugary flavored cow milk based coffee creamers (think International Delight)? Heck no. Does it have a little bit of a “fake” flavor and aftertaste- yes, but not as bad as some others. It IS creamy enough, and mixes into the coffee well. I have only had the vanilla, but I am glad to be able to try 3 flavors on my own schedule since the unopened ones are shelf stable for months.

You need to use a ton to get any hint of taste
First: Labeling this product as a creamer is super misleading. Nothing about these is creamy. Adding this to coffee does not give that extra body, richness, and smoothing fatty texture that half and half or dairy creamers have. In fact, this actually waters down coffee if I'm being completely honest. Second: Personally to get any actual flavor to penetrate into my standard 10oz morning cup of coffee I would need to use 1/5th of the carton. That means every coffee costs one dollar more per cup. The flavor just is too mild and you really can't taste anything at the suggested serving size. Third: There is no nutritional value and if you do end up using 1/5th of the carton like I did it's way more than 10 calories. It's probably closer to 50 to 100 calories. Calories that are totally empty and devoid of literally anything. 100 calories of milk has vitamin D, calcium, and protein at least. I gave it an honest shot but for those reasons this is not a good product in my opinion and definitely not cost effective by any means. For the price I paid I'd have rather gotten 6 gallons of milk and added a sugar free pump of flavoring and it would have been better.
