Easy to use!
My son wanted a blue tiger stripe pillowcase for his treat bag this Halloween. I couldn’t find one to buy, so I got a light blue pillowcase and decided to paint stripes somehow. I found a really easy tutorial on YouTube that showed how to fold the fabric accordion-style, then spray each side with fabric paint. This was the only “fabric spray paint” I could find for quick delivery! It’s pretty easy to use and not too messy, but the color is muted when dry. Looks more like watercolor when it dries, and kind of gray. It can be saturated more to get a richer black color. The only hard part was the nozzle. If you push halfway, it gives a splatter. Full pump is more of a spray, but sometimes it still splattered and splotched. It got a little spotty! Dried within 4-6 hours and looks great!! It’s totally waterproof too…. We went out in the rain and had no issues with the colors running! Normally I would have washed it first, but didn’t have time. I would get this again! 👍🏼

Suitable coverage, stiff pumping action.
I used this to paint stenciled lines on green felt. It had decent coverage and almost zero bleed at the edges. With that said,, the eco-friendly pump forced me to apply with pumping brush-stroke movements, and the pump action is stiff, even when shifting to using the thumb on the button.

Amazing Fabric Paint
Tulip’s fabric spray paint is my absolute favorite paint to add details to the plushies I make for my Etsy store. This paint is very versatile and can be sprayed on directly, or can be sprayed onto a palette and brushed on for fine detail work. They are very easy to mix to create custom colors on a palette as well. I usually use it as a brush-on paint to add details to minky without majorly affecting the texture of the fabric, as seen here with a chibi terminator doll I made. All the battle damage to his face was painted on using the black and red paints from this collection. The fabric spray paint dries quickly, usually within an hour for lighter layers, and up to 3 hours for more saturated coverage. It minimally affects the texture and appearance of the fabric’s pile while adding professional looking detail. If you’re looking for an alternative to the shiny raised look you get from most other types of fabric paint, this is the ticket!

Good paint terrible sprayer
The paint itself works great. It is permanent, doesn’t bleed, and dries fast. However, the sprayer is absolutely useless. I ended up spraying it onto a piece of cardboard and using a paintbrush. I had intended to use it with stencils, but it sprays so unevenly, it was useless. In fact, I would call it more of a squirter than a sprayer.

Good for groups of kids
Easy to use, neater to clean up, and nice strong color that doesn’t wash out.

Just right!
Product arrived quickly. Easy to follow instructions, easy to use. Used this fabric spray to dye my black converse sneakers, because they were old and looking more grey than black. This dye has worked perfectly and rejuvenated my tired looking sneakers! I've only applied one coat, so there's more left in the bottle for another day, another project. Would recommend product and supplier. :)

Not good
Not permanent. Washed off the fabric in first wash.
