Cheddar Cheese (Blend of Cheddar Cheese, milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes) Maltodextrin, whey, soybean oil, lactose, citric acid, lactic acid, salt, whey, butter milk solids, inosinate, hydrolyzed corn protein, disodium, Dioxide added to prevent caking. Contains milk. I know, this sound horrible but it really taste great for crackers.

how big are these containers, 2.85 oz or 8.5 oz?

Certainly not 8.5. They were very small. i ordered them as a gift for a pop corn lover. I was a little embarested about the size.
