I almost didn’t buy these because another reviewer said they chipped easily. That has not been my experience. Perhaps theirs were defective. Mine have been very durable and they look great.

Loved the set! Mass production created some gard to see blemishes, but otherwise perfect.

I love the mew set of dishes. The salad plates have a beautiful painted design. The whole set is light but durable. Lovely settings.

I ordered this set as a house-warming gift for my sister. As she lives in a different state, I have not really seen the dishes, but she is thrilled with them. Not only are they beautiful, she said, but appear to be of outstanding quality. The collection - which includes a soup-salad bowl, as well as a generously-sized mug - appears to be perfect for everyday needs.

I simply love these dishes. I was a little worried after reading the other reviews so it took me a bit to buy these but I can say now it was a wonderful purchase. They came on time and no chips or cracks. Now that being said there was some color variation from piece to piece. (some of the dinner and salad plates were darker than others) but the still matched one another. The bowls are deep and hold a whole 18oz can of soup with lots of room left over. Overall very nice dishes and now I can't wait to by the serving platter and bowl to match!
