This stuff is so effective I'd make plans to not have any plans the day you take them. When it hits you you're gonna have to run to the bathroom to make it. I recommend being on the same floor as a toile. Also, when you think you're done you're not. Give it like another two hours and you'll find yourself in another mad dash to use the bathroom again. Toilet on the second floor of your house? Then that's the floor your staying on for the day. I mean it.
