Healthy food
While I really enjoyed this millet, I'd like to point out that it tastes a little old. It must have been stored for a long while.

Something not right
Something is not right with this millet. It tastes incredibly earthy, almost like rock, and there are tiny, hard pieces of something mixed in with it that are hard as rock even after cooking so you’ll get the occasional surprise crunch when eating it. I thought the off taste was maybe because it’s just a different type of millet than I’m used to, but I think the hard pieces of rock or whatever is mixed into it are what is giving it the offputting flavor.
