These can be used in a hot towel warmer.

Q: Do they have a loop to hang from a hook?

No it does not. Just like a towel. No loops.

Q: Since these are microfiber dont they have to be washed a special way ? Like gentle detergent and washed separate and so on ?

We’ve washed ours 3 times so far in normal fashion with no problems. It does recommend drying only 20 minutes max on the enclosed instructions that come with the towels but my cleaning lady does the laundry so I am not sure she has limited the load to 20 minutes!
